Yes the 10Q shows several positive things brewing. The negative is the shareholders are getting diluted to the gills. If they complete just one of these they will be done with toxic financing for good and they can announce a stock buy-back and than you will see this take off like a rocket. The next negative is how much longer and can they save us the company from a shareholders perspective. I say yes if they get this done by years end or early part of 2016. Best of luck
