I truly feel sorry for the shareholders that have stuck by this company, but you're grabbing at straws. They didn't file bankruptcy to get rid of BK or to get new investments, or to keep their patent. If they did, that is VERY shady dealings. They filed because they are broke....they owe more than they have. Yes, there is the possibility the judge will let them continue doing business, but considering the money they have received from shareholders, taxpayers, and development authorities over the years, and yet have nothing to show for it, I wouldn't count on it. Also consider the agreements and contracts they have signed with towns and companies over the years that never panned out...including the one with Annon that could have cost them the very patent that made so many of you believe in this company. Wake up...even if the judge allows them to stay in business...they don't care about you. All they care about is the almighty dollar.
