It is going to be akin to an Apple iPhone release anouncement. I hear CNET, Mining.com, and the New York Times are all camped out at Les' offices in Vancouver. Security is tight, a fresh crate of Canadian Club has been delivered to Les, and several shareholders are rumored to be liveblogging the event. The dentist is offering free root canals (drilling and trenching) in honor of the momentous occasion. He's also set up a street booth selling MDMN certificates - $9.99 gets you a million share certificate and for an additional $5, Les will sign it. If you want a sample of stale coffee from the lawyers office spilled on it, that's an additional $5 and for the low low price of $99.99, you can get a scrutineer to verify that it is in fact a real certificate. All proceeds go to the MDMN BOD retirement fund.
