Who Was Just Detained Heading For The U.S. Is Terrifying

Honduran authorities have detained five Syrian nationals on Tuesday trying to reach the United States using stolen Greek passports.

The five men are being held in the capital city of Tegucigalpa for further investigation. Police said that the passports had been doctored to replace the photographs with the Syrians.

“Five Syrian citizens have been detained and will be taken to our offices to be investigated because it is suspected they are carrying false documents, passports stolen in Greece,” Anibal Baca, spokesperson for Honduras’ police, told local media.

“We received information from (fellow) police services that these five Syrians left Greece and passed through Turkey, Brazil, Argentina and San Jose in Costa Rica before finally reaching Tegucigalpa,” she added.

Reuters reported that Honduran authorities said the Syrians were trying to make their way to the United States.

“Reports that at least one of the Paris attackers slipped into Europe among migrants registered in Greece prompted several Western countries to begin to question their willingness to take in refugees,” according to Sky News.

As reported by Western Journalism, former Al Qaeda terrorist and CIA double agent Morten Storm told Fox News, “I believe that within the next two weeks, we will have an attack.” He added: “The people who are on the run at the moment from ISIS in Europe are very desperate, and they know their time’s up, and they will need to do as much damage as possible.”

Republican presidential candidates, as well as governors and lawmakers from both parties, have expressed concern about the dangers posed by allowing Syrian refugees into the United States without a means of properly vetting them.

On Wednesday, President Barack Obama accused conservatives of stoking fears over “widows and orphans.”
