His response was very similar to the info from YES. Basically they haven't been able to raise the capital needed and waiting on deals to close to have the necessary funds to take the next step. He said goal was to have filings complete by year end and audit complete in Q1, but it depends on the $$.
Not really what we wanted to hear but I appreciate his honesty and alway quick response with updates when asked.
