SAS St. Andrew Goldfield. First of all congrats and thanks for keeping the board updated with your thoughts on this company. Secondly I hope you are right about another bidder. Not to look a gift horse in the mouth but an all equity transaction is not ideal IMO to current shareholders.

I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.
