Thank you for your thoughtful and well-worded post.
As I explained quite some time ago, my particular posts are on behalf of a number of older friends who are shareholders, but IT challenged. So I am pleased to post for them.
I also posted many months ago that I was considering purchasing stock in SMME, but after analyzing the financial statements and other considerations, I fortunately decided not to proceed.
One major reason was the ownership of the "B" class shares, and the dilution which would take place if exercised.
It is also sad, as you so rightly mentioned, to see the manner in which the CEO approaches reasonable questions from shareholders. The secrecy is breathtaking for a public company.
