To be fair, I have not ignored the taxes. It's a low interest loan from the government. No biggie. Layoffs happen. Boeing has laid off plenty over the decades it's been around. Not a very good indicator of future success obviously. Law suits are one persons opinion they were wronged. A judgment is an agreeing to that opinion. Have there been lots of judgements or lawsuits? Because the two are quite different. Now are any of these issues in the whoo hoo column? No. Do they definitively stop MTVX from existing? No. Not as it sits right now. So there you go. Facts not ignored. Just disagreed with their validity, accuracy and most importantly impact. We've had this conversation. It goes nowhere until something definitive happens. Taxes, layoffs and lawsuits are not definitive. Neither are sales or Facebook likes. So why be all projecting? Sit back, have a Pepsi, you can't sell them anyway. Glty.
