What riskychick said. You can buy ARCSD freely at any time. Any shares that were held past market close on the 16th are not available for trading until the new shares are distributed to the brokerage cos. I've been in a few of these before. Usually it takes a few days to sort it all out. In the meantime, we've seen some nice upward movement. Hopefully this trend continues in the meantime while we are all waiting.
