I'm not saying that I wouldn't ever take legal action. I stated that I was gathering pertinent information as I always have and will continue to do as long as I am a huge share holder. I am not a pumper or a basher. I am an investor with far more invested here than most that post on this board I would likely guess. I am looking out for my investment. Where did I say that I had actually taken any legal actions? There is a big difference in gathering documentation if needed to take action and actually taking it. True longs have a right to get upset like everyone else, but they also have the same right to let calmer heads prevail for now. At least for the time being to see what will take place with the GSL scale back and powfolio.
