My point is that just because it is not on regulation.gov doesn't mean they didn't get an anwser back. It's like saying Baltia never fail any Mini's because I don't see an official letter on regulation.gov regarding that. All you are doing is guessing. Do some DD and call the company and ask them if they lost the route. The answer will be no!
