I am wondering when people are going to realize that there will not be an 8-K. There is no loan. No company PRs a loan and then after a month and a half does not file it. In fact, most file it the day they announce it! It is not filed, because there is no loan. On top of that, they filed for an R/S. Connect the dots guys! Take your loss, and go make it back elsewhere. I already made my loss back and then some.
