Your post indicates better than any other on this board as to why the CEO is treating shareholders like sheep.
You say, in as many words, "she can do what she likes, within SEC boundaries"...no wonder you are all losing money.
No, PoorP-S, CEOs of public companies CANNOT do "as they please" irrespective of the size of their shareholding. The only way she can do that is to privatise the company. Unfortunately, she has neither the cash nor the wherewithal to do that. And anyway, why would she remove access to the flock of her geese that lay her golden eggs?
The lady's resume is worth reading on the internet..oh dear !!!
