Actually, there isn't good money in porn pay per view in hotels. Porn is free on the internet and that is one of the reasons LaBarre gives for the failure of that business in the past.

Of course, we all know the main reason his hotel TV biz failed. He was stealing DirecTV signals and selling them to residential customers. The FBI raided his offices and he was arrested and convicted of felony theft.

LaBarre is an old con man that has tried just about everything he could try to scam newbies. Most of the business models were totally unrelated. He just hops from one thing to another, temporarily focusing on whatever sounds good in his mind at the moment in a never ending ploy to dump stock to newbies.
