Interestingly, Teva is now both competitor to and distributor of AMPH enox. (Watson became Actavis then Allergan and now Teva.)
What would be ironic (and probably a pipe dream, but fun to think about) is if AMPH was forced to pay 3x damages and the indemnification of Watson didn't hold and Teva had to pay MNTA for Enox damages from Allergan purchase.
