MOTION TO APPROVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BANKRUPTCY ESTATE
AND THE DEBTOR'S SUBSIDIARY COMPANY, ACCEPTANCE INSURANCE
COMPANY, NOTICE OF OBJECTION BAR DATE AND CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
Comes now Richard D. Myers, Chapter 7 Trustee, and moves the Court for an order
authorizing the Trustee to enter into an Agreement, a true copy of which is attached to this
motion. The terms of the Agreement include an arrangement between the Trustee and Debtor's
Subsidiary Company, Acceptance Insurance Company ("AIC"), for the Trustee to continue
administering the bankruptcy estate for the purpose of filing Consolidated Tax Returns on behalf
of the bankruptcy estate and AIC for tax years 2015, 2016 and 2017 in exchange for payment by
AIC as outlined in the Agreement. The Trustee believes the Agreement is in the best interests of
the estate.
