Whether or not Blackburn and his gang of cons is still involved is irrelevant as far as Treaty Energy is concerned (Though several still are). Treaty Energy the company is also charged with securities fraud and is still responsible for past fraud... And how does one explain the lies from Tesarski??? The fake Canadian deal, diversion of money and the lies about oil production and TRRC issues??? It was a continuation of the same ole Blackburn/Mulshine/Treaty Energy bullshit. Tesarski promoted all the scams already in play. The 500 well drilling program, the Aquinas Energy scam and several others. Most telling is his record with the TRRC... And the FACT that he did NOTHING to explain or fix anything...
