That's a good point - why would the BOD hire someone like Melissa Rice (banned from any involvement with penny stocks)? It almost seems like someone behind the scenes is really pulling the strings. KT and PV?

Maybe the hiring of Ms. Rice was the final straw? I would like to think that the BOD (or at least most of them) were innocent stooges, but that is yet to be decided. I am especially concerned about Bredow, as he must have known that things were not quite right from the start. I hope the other BOD members held his feet to the fire.......
