I have to say that my respect for the BOD has gone up quite a bit to resign en masse like that. I wish them luck with their individual businesses. I am sure they learned some valuable lessons.

Penny stocks that do not report to the SEC are set up for one reason only, to screw investors. It took the BOD most of a year to figure that out.

So, back to the culprits here - PV and Ms. Thacker. Let's hope the FBI and SEC are coordinating efforts to bring them into court in a speedy manner.

Think you will see any apologies from those that thought the skeptics on this board were the real culprits? Not likely.
