robsaia, the SB-2 fully diluted alone @ .06 is 323,550,000 new shares of IVFH stock. Sometimes reading posts on this board makes me certain that some are oblivious to actual significant/ verifiable things pertaining to IVFH and choose to think it's about Donald Duck-shaped pasta LOL!

IMO the extra shares (30% increase in O/S) went to the 2 primary shareholders of the company per the last 10KSB who would have to file to sell (thus not increasing Float). The overbearing calamatous problem with IVFH is not the "Long and Strong" holders, but those who received discounted stock for cash that only care about getting paid and not food distributors in Naples Florida or anything else. Groups like Oceann Inc, who also currently have a C/D with HISC, and Briolette out of the British Virgin Isles. There are way more;

With a total lack of new blood buying IVFH stock as witnessed by this and the RB board, the stock could collapse very easily. They will need news and fast as $152,247 in current C/Ds payable and $714,000 in Notes and Loans Payable as of the last 10QSB is precarious to say the least. I will say that volume on the sell side has been minimal to keep this stock in the .04 range for a while now. Also, a 4 million+ volume day on a good Press Release could rocket the stock like it did 2 months ago from .045 to .10 to close @ .07 that day. That's what this stock needs.

I am prepared to get harrassed and ridiculed by those here for this post. It might be better for all involved to possibly just discuss the facts.
