When they file ?

You mean IF they file they will have a LOT of explaining to do. Why they lied about store placement, what ever happened to the shipment of cure korea, what happened with the Japan deal,why the ceo lied about attending a black tie contract signing, why they block any and all legitimate questions from shareholders, why they are SEC delinquent, why they wont release share structure.... etc.
Man the list goes on and on.
