For the record, Carol never signed AS to 250B. Fan never signed AS to 350B. It was 350B when they took over. Fan never received a dime. If they did take time to look into the company's health, it would have folded back then. It was heading for BK town and we would only wonder if it could have been something great. It was a risk to take and they took it on behalf of everyone. That is fact!!
