What happened here?!?! Did they ever close all of those BIG acquisitions? Are we expecting decent financials?

Seems like Asher is involved here. What's their interest (how much convertible debt and how much have they converted so far)?

Any other toxic debt?

Has management addressed the tanking PPS?

If they managed to close those acquisitions this could b a buying op (depending on the dilution situation) IMO.
