Potts you bet wrong again....as I have stated in past posts I made $35k trading this stock. I didn't sell anywhere near the high but sold the bulk of my position around 40cents where it was range bound prior to the lawsuit outcome. The remainder of my position was cut around 20cents after that failure (I forget what rumour had it trading at those levels). I always cut my position during the minor rallies basis the false hope as this was the only time there was sufficient volume.

Those wanting transparency from this supposed company or are completely bemused by the continued rumours have the absolute right to question the CEO's conduct.

Childish is pointing your finger at everybody else and claiming shareholders should have no recourse as it is a "penny stock".

I think most have probably got on this stock via the whispers, the off-market trades that have severely diluted the company. This has been the pattern for years and people shouldn't be throwing good money after bad.

Rather than guessing about what were the motives of those that invested in this company, perhaps stop guessing what's happening with company and ask for proper transparency for the shareholders.
