Exactly, that $250,000 could've been used to pay off the notes. It appears that he just wants to dilute and have the shareholders pay the debt instead of the company. F that Asif, you're full of $%#! if you think that's going to happen.

There's enough money to get these notes paid off, stop pretending like you did everything to stop the conversions. No more excuses.
