Concerning a PM I recieved: I do not have the function to reply privately.

All in my opinion:

There seems to be early conversion going on here. What could be the reason for that? Could be a requirement of a term sheet: possible. Other reasons exist as well if one reads the filings and tweets. ( I know, the tweet machine is always going and what is one to believe, or not to believe. Each person must decide on their own.) Could just be good old dilution, but I do have a little more faith in this one than others, being the reason that even when I do sell shares I always keep a base number of shares.

I have no doubt this could go one or two ticks down from here to finish conversion, but it will not remain there. There was around 40000 dollars spent today on shares: even being diluted, that is evidence of buyers at these prices. The only bad thing on this is that it will be a bit harder to move up as quickly as it would be if there were not holders at these prices concerning the flippers I'm sure have bought recently.

Someone mentioned .0001 on Monday, if it goes there and stays there till close I'll buy you a million shares, but if it does not, then you buy me a million shares at the closing price. Of course we can do that with cash through paypal. There is, of course, the problem of trust on following through on payment.

Sorry for the side note there...

This stock has not disappointed me yet on making me money and I have no fear here now. On 6-20-2015 someone was saying this would tank down from. 0024...I bought then and in the following days it hit .016 during the day. All stocks are a chance...either to lose money, or to make money. Just remeber...you have not lost anything on a stock until you sell your shares. Ups and down will come with your stocks, but they are worth what you paid for them; unless YOU sell them for less than what you paid for them.

Enough from me today....Let's see where we go from here...
