Gimme 2016 to top this one out. Before the 'Great R/M of the 21st Century' commences with it's steady rise, it will likely be blasted to comical heights before a return to normalcy. These guys doing the buying aren't likely interested in what 2018, 2019, 2020, etc. brings. They want BANK, and they are going to want it fast!
