wwtmm, that Dart (Eastern) was the only one willing to give us 20Mil$ is conjection. Eastren Capital's deal is the one that we saw so the one PPHM took.

In Spet 2012 we got a loan with, with hindsight, amazingly GOOD interest condition, yet nobody claimed it were the only bankers willing to give that loan it is the one we saw and that PPHM took.

That loan, just as Eastern's buying in on 20Mil PPHM shares both came as a surprise. But I prefer this funding far over a loan for several reasons explained in a previous post.
