No, it's NOT going to be "available" in the second half of 2016 per AMCC's own public statements. It will be *sampling* in 2H 2016 which means 2H 2017 availability

So what was he holding in his hand? If it's a sample then it's sampling. If it's not a sample then why is it called one?
