"extorted him for millions" so? he has $150 million--he can afford that ten million--but his problems may be just beginning--4 years is a long time in a depressed druggie, which he admitted to being after his diagnosis, God knows how many women he had unprotected sex with--I hardly think he's "told all his partners since"--but they know now
