Thanks, Veblen. I was vaguely aware of this, including the nebulous "semi annual reports submitted annually" requirement. You have to admit, nothing about this, ummmmm, "investment?", is easy to follow. Are their lawyers that incompetent and negligent, or do they just have a grand sense of humor?

If they are trying to buy up MDMN shares why would they try to promote the share price?

Valid question, and I agree with your logic. In same vein, this makes it all the more unlikely any NI/SEC-esque report won't be coming out until AURYN has this thing under its dominion, if ever.

Maybe their September update was to satisfy the requirement for reporting on the first half of 2015.

Maybe so, who knows? In any case, it looks like Kirkland's expressed concern about the AURYN deal "not necessarily being in the stockholder's best interests" definitely has legs. After all, weren't we trading between 8 and 10 cents back in August 2014 when the option agreement was consummated? Now we're testing 5 year lows on what seems like a daily basis. Weeeeeeeeeee...!!!
