I notice that the company's sole asset is a $12.5M IOU. They list no Real Estate or equipment assets.

How are they doing getting money out of that piece of paper ? Wasn't there a lawsuit ongoing ? A "next step" ??
I don't see anything about that in the financials.

And what about the sale of the Big Pile of Dirt ? Didn't they plan to make $25M selling dirt ?
How come there's no $12M dividend yet ?
