against former CEO Bruce Kamm, his wife Jan Gross and the private
company, Intertrade Capital Group, LLC, that he controls, and to which
he contracted the majority of Bentley Commerce's business activities.
The case number of the lawsuit, filed in Sarasota, Florida, is 2005 CA
010674 NC.
Mr. Kamm has filed suit against Bentley Commerce Corporation, which the
Company feels is entirely without merit and merely an attempt by him to
deflect from the numerous claims raised against him by the Company.

The case Bentley filed with the court was never served on me, my wife or my
company, so there is no case if there wasn't service.

The case I filed against Bentley is still pending.
