The "war" is about ERHE's rights. They are "in our hands". All he means is ERHE already has that which the war is about and that will not change.

The lawyers need to get up on their soap boxes and pound their chests so the managers that screwed up are vindicated of their mistakes. "But BigOilBossMan, we don't have any more rights in the JDZ because those d@mn lawyers lost the case. It's not my fault"

It's all smoke and mirrors trying to intimidate ERHE into accepting a lowball offer. That won't happen.
