Interesting to see a someone on the "Official" site ask about the preferred issue.. and not receive a SINGLE response.

Instead, Jerry's trying to drown out any talk of the incredibly abusive new preferred issue, the obviously deceitful financial statements, and the additional new $500,000 convertible debt, with BS about a charity event they have nothing to do with.
