Mr Baussman, you are INCORRECT. You never value a company by the # of shares authorized. You Value the Company based on the # of shares issued and Outstanding, which actually decreased by 15 million yesterday if you read the filings.

Based on your valuation method. 7.5 million = 10% Stake
75 million on about 158 million shares is equal to a out 47 cents per Share Today!
