Chief Justice Myron T. Steele Joins Investors Unite for a Legal Update

Former Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and lead attorney on the Delaware GSE litigation, Myron T. Steele, will join Pagliara on the call.
The discussion agenda includes the lawsuit filed by Chief Justice Myron T. Steele in Delaware earlier this year. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Fannie Mae shareholders, argues that the Net Worth Sweep is illegal under Delaware law. Fannie Mae is incorporated in the state.
