Missed this in my first read of the 8K:

"The Amended Agreement also contains six month non-competition and non-solicitation restrictions in favor of the Company, which represent a reduction from the 12 month restrictions contained in the Original Agreement.

That tells me Ronaldi can leave and find another job in the patent sector in 6 months versus a 12 months wait.

Bottom line - Ronaldi Selling/Litigating Patents and leaving DSS in my opinion.

DSS patent business is in the process of being shut down.
