Good point. We know that Kevetrin is well tolerated and safe when dosed at 750mg/m2 at weekly intervals. With increased frequency of dosing, we are likely to see effects not seen with the Phase 1 dosing regimen. Every drug will have eventually have side effects if dosing and frequency are increased too much. But tolerating weekly 750 mg/m2 is a really good start and Phase 2 structure will help optimize the dosing regimen. Again, any clinical efficacy with once per week dosing and a 2 hour half life is incredible. After 10-12 hours, the amount remaining unmetabolized is near Cohort 1 dosing level and it's really nearly gone after another 6 hours. What will happen when there are significant blood levels for the other 6+ days of the week?
