10Q is out. Lawsuit was won against All Fortune for $875,000 so SSOL has won 2 lawsuits and 2 more to go.
If someone could explain these class B shares I would appreciate it. The $378,000 in wage expense is due to the class B shares. Once they pay themselves $2,000,000 are the class B shares finished or can they still covert them to common stock and dilute the outstanding shares. I'm very confused about these preferred shares.
