Well I told you guys that this wasn't going to move for the moment, but today as I was expecting UAPC notified that they will be submitting their report late as always and like this time last year.

I am not sure though if this report is going to be good as last years in November which made the price shoot up, but if you want to take a chance now might be a good time to buy before the report gets released within 1-3 days.
