if you were to do YOUR DUE DILLIGENCE, AND NOT ATTEMPT TO DISTORT, you would know that the preferred shares were listed in the 10q, but not, on october 20, 2014, included in the o/s.

and who said the preferred weren't included in the o/s????

USPR DID!!! IF YOU WANT TO SAY THE O/S IS WRONG GO TELL USPR.

in their 10q in 2014, they stated their o/s was 155,737,658. USPR DID.

saying anything else is BS, DISTORTION, MANIPULATION, AND DOWNRIGHT DISTASTEFUL.
