it had to be automated Salve

there wasn't enough time between my upping the bid and the topping me by .0001 to have been done manually

that there was a lag when i lowered my bid before the current bid dropped to just .0001 above mine fit's the mm's automated system,which i believe updates every five minutes

this is not the first time i've encountered the top my bid by .0001 in a matter of seconds

well,the filing is probably just an hour or less away..only question is will the pr precede it or trail it
