if you considered, "bulk of them are at 2500,5000 or 10,000 share blocks" tells me that it well within the realm of possibility. There are some very large holders of flipping stock that could do this without diminishing the huge gains possible from a spiking of ELTP. Large properties and world travel could easily be funded from flipping at the right time.
