That's a good question. I sent him an email and he responded. I know that for sure. Not knowing or ever having met him, it would be hard to call him a liar. So until verification can be provided or until they actually start mass distribution of their products, you have to take him at his word. From his point of view it appears the jv deal is still on, set for next year. But with all the failed 'deals' and pr's that went nowhere for ngcg, take everything with a grain of salt. It's a wait an see attitude. That would be a good question to ask Longoria on the 20th. Don't show him Benny's email to me, just ask Phil to give you an update, or whoever is going to the open house.

When you're trying to dig for information, a lot of times all you can do is send an email, hope you get an answer and then post it. What else can one do? Just have to keep trying.

For those who didn't see that return email, here it is:

Re: Joint Venture Deal...

Dear Kirk,

Thank you for your email as I will try and answer for you although I think your questions are suited for NGCG directly. We are looking forward to and plan on having a successful joint venture using NGCG's flavor profiles and authentic spicy products most notably their hot sauces and salsa's. We are currently still finishing our flavor profile testing with our independent focus groups so that we can plan appropriately on our schematics for next year which will the most successful products that we should use in our food preparations. We create and produce pre-packaged meals mainly for the largest convenient store in Shanghai and are in development with many different industries throughout China including airlines, universities and high speed rail lines. I am not sure if you are aware that in Asia specific flavor profiles vary greatly by regions and by local markets and there is a big desire for authentic products to be used similar to the products that NGCG produces however me may need to modify slightly some of the products to meet our local regional needs. Once this is done we will then work with NGCG to create new packaging that will better meet the needs of our market and will be work better with our individual pre-packaged meals. We are only in the beginning stages of our venture with them and it will take time but I do believe that it will be very successful moving forward and beneficial to all parties concerned. I hope that this information has helped and please understand that this is all I can discuss with you at this time. I would again suggest to direct any future questions to NGCG directly as they would better to answer them.

Regards
