This is why it's important to have guys like Eric Fresh on our team. Thus is by far the most professional financing agreement I have seen on any stock trading at this level.

Clause : 3.12 NO SHORT SALES.  No short sales or pre selling shall be permitted by the Investor or its affiliates during the period commencing on the Execution Date and continuing through the termination of this Agreement.
