So let me get this right, you call and get patched in to Randall. I have called before and emailed with no answers just straight to the voicemail and no reply with email.
But He gives you certain info that you can't talk about on the board. Which would be considered secrets. Well sir if this is true, which I doubt But just in case this it is, then I am selling my stake in Titan. Because who is to say a rep from any other competitive company ie Intuitive Surgical call and get their playbook of what they will do. In would signal to me that' management is incompetent. No executive in their right mind would ever do this. That is why I am calling BS on the call or you talking to someone.
If you did and it's no big deal then just tell the board. You can't because you lied about the call. Get off the board
