It will never be resolved. This will be on the books for perpetuity. When they need to pull out an excuse for why yet another deal has failed, they can grab this one or some other wild story that is supposedly the last thing that needs to be resolved before every shareholder is a gazillionaire. There is a never ending stream of BS that pours from these cons designed for one purpose only; keep the shareholders holding on (and hopefully buying more) so the insiders can enrich themselves and never work a day in their lives. This is nothing more than an insider share selling enrichment scheme. Makes for great entertainment, but not such a great investment.
