Yes, they JUST did it with an EFFECTIVE DATE of NOV 27, 2015.

What's the problem? They are likely using that as a pump mechanism to see how many idiots fall for that and buy ahead of that date, lol. They can always try cryptic tweets, purchase domain names at $0.99/each, or submit more Colorado SOS filings at $150/each.
