All road side tests are inadmissible in court... Alcohol or anything else..

Roadside test are only a tool.. for further testing in a controled environment..

VNTH's MJ breathalyzer doesn't need to hold up in court...

Blood tests only... If you fail MJ roadside you get a blood test next at the hospital..

Just like if you fail roadside alcohol test they take you to the station and test you on the big machine...

ROADSIDE TESTS ARE A TOOL TO HELP MAKE JUDGEMENT CALLs IN THE FIELD TO SEE IF MORE TESTS ARE REQUIRED... The ones they use in court!
